This restaurant owner started by taking over a tiny sandwich place with a very awkward kitchen.  It was a first time business and fulfillment of a life long dream.  Six years later, after achieving national acclaim and rating a spot in Yelp’s 2022 Top 100 US Restaurants they were force by redevelopment into new digs.

Designing and building the new location was not without challenges, but the result was worth the effort. The new space features a state of the art kitchen able to accommodate a gourmet menu and a curated dining room design that never lost the original aesthetic. We are proud of this project.
