Installment Building Project

Clients with a dream are willing to do what is necessary to see it realized.  This project started with a single unit in a mixed use tenant warehouse type building.  Over four years the business expanded incrementally to include four units in the same location, at one point even making it necessary for clients to got outside in order to move between sections.  Recently the improvements have been completed with the final addition of new locker rooms.  The business has 1000 followers on Instagram and has become more than a local destination for those with serious fitness mandates and both amateur and professional body builders.  The back story on what was required to build out this space is here:  https://www.instagram.com/goto_gaddis_architect/.
